Playing the game
Your chosen name, avatar, bids and lineup are used to run your room. Other players in that room can see your name and lineup. Public rooms show their room code and host name on the home screen. Use a nickname, not sensitive personal information.
Room access tokens and your Solo selection are kept in your browser tab so refreshes can resume the game. These are needed for gameplay, not advertising. Keep private game links private. Live rooms are held temporarily and can end during a server restart or deployment.
Game history
We record game mode, timing, completion or abandonment, participant counts, NBA player selections, final scores and links between rematches. History uses random game IDs and seat numbers; it does not include your chosen name, room code, access token, IP address or a cross-site identifier. Records are retained for up to one year to understand game balance, reliability and which modes people enjoy.
We also keep daily counts of home views and game actions. Those counts are not linked to individual visitors.
Website analytics
Third-party website analytics are not currently enabled.
Hosting and other providers
Railway hosts the game and database. Hosting providers necessarily process connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect their services. Our application access logs omit IP addresses and private query strings. The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives normal network request information.
Your choices
You can leave a room, close a tab, or clear the site's browser storage. This removes local game access; it does not delete aggregate game statistics. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
